Dee Werder-McCrea - General Manager

Founder of Kiwa Productions Dee is still running the company after 12 years of trading. During that time Dee has built the company up from a sole trading businss to a robust website design company with approximately 100 clients from all over New Zeland and abroad. Dee graduated from Massey University in 1993 with a B.A. (Mathematics Major). After traveling overseas Dee then gained a certicate in Commercial Computer Graphics from Taranaki Polytech in 1996.

The company was involved in video production in the early days and this side of the company gained Dee a contract with the NZ Women's Hockey Team (Blacksticks) traveling around the world for 6 years filming test matches. This contract took Dee to the Sydney and Athens Olympic games. During this time with the hockey team Dee continued to run Kiwa Web Productions from many locations around the world.

Dee is married with 3 boys and is a skilled hockey and tennis player. She is also a keen artist and gets to the canvas when she has a spare moment

Craig Martin-Smith - Web Developer

Craig graduated from Spotswood College in 2009, having received awards for excellence in computing, as well as achieving the National Certificate in Computing Level 3. He has had a number of years working experience with computer graphics (both 3D and 2D) as well as working as a freelance web developer. He has a keen interest in business and has a very entrepreneurial mindset. In addition, Craig is heavily involved in martial arts, specfically Ryukyu Kempo Karate having been practicing for over eleven years and counting.

Currently living in New Plymouth, Craig intends to further his education by persuing computing, interactive media, and business at university in the coming years.

Steven Marsh - Web Developer

Steven Graduated from the University of Waikato in 2009, receiving a BCMS with Honours (Bachelor of Computing and Mathematical Sciences). During his four year degree he focused the area of web development which lead to him majoring in Internet applications. He has acquired a wide variety development skills in web development including HTML, CSS, JavaScript, XML, Ajax, SQL and PHP. Additionally, Steven has experience with traditional application development in Object Orientated languages such as C# and Java, which he continues to work with through the development of Open Source projects.

Currently situated in the Whangarei area, Steven works remotely with Kiwa Web Productions. He hopes to continue with further University education in the near future, obtaining a masters degree in computer science along with continuing to work with Kiwa Web Productions.
